These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of allignmentassignments.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from it. The Site is operated by GOD DID LLC ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Site or buying anything from it, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who we are

2. What we sell

We sell a self-study workbook, Alignment Assignments, in two forms:

  • A digital edition — a PDF delivered by download.
  • A printed edition — sold and shipped by a third-party retailer. Where we link to a third-party listing, that purchase is governed by the retailer's own terms, not ours.

3. Not medical or mental health advice

Alignment Assignments is a personal practice tool. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Nothing on the Site or in the workbook diagnoses, treats, or cures any condition.

You use the workbook at your own discretion and are responsible for your own wellbeing. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis line in your country.

4. Independent work

Alignment Assignments is an independent work. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any teacher, author, organisation, or publisher named within it.

5. Orders and pricing

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, where we suspect fraud or a pricing error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund it in full.
  • You're responsible for any taxes, duties, or import charges that apply in your jurisdiction.

6. Digital delivery

On a completed purchase, you'll receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email. The link is time-limited and intended for you alone. If it doesn't work, contact us and we'll send a new one.

7. Your licence

When you buy the digital edition, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use one copy for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Share, upload, resell, sublicense, or distribute the file
  • Reproduce or republish any part of the workbook
  • Use it in a paid programme, course, or clinic without a written commercial licence
  • Remove or alter any copyright, attribution, or licence notice

Group and bulk use is available — contact us for a commercial licence. Full detail is in the Digital Licence.

8. Intellectual property

The workbook — its text, design, layout, illustrations, and the Alignment Assignments name — is owned by GOD DID LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. All rights reserved.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. You receive a licence to use the product as described in section 7, nothing more.

9. Acceptable use of the Site

Don't attempt to disrupt the Site, access it by unauthorised means, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

10. Refunds

Digital products are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and the workbook are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the workbook will produce any particular outcome. It's a practice tool, not a promise.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOD DID LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOD DID LLC from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the products.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts located in [COUNTY], [STATE], unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
