This policy explains what GOD DID LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use allignmentassignments.com, why, and what you can do about it.

- Your email address, when you buy something or download the free sample
- Your name and billing details, if you provide them at checkout
- Anything you write to us
Payment information. We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe, and card data goes directly to them. We receive only a confirmation, the last four digits, and the billing country.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site
- Cookies and similar technologies (see section 5)

4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us run the store:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Kit (ConvertKit) and Resend — email delivery and list management
- Vercel — website hosting
- Vercel Web Analytics — analytics
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential — keeping your cart and session working
- Analytics — understanding which pages are used, in aggregate
- Marketing — only if we run advertising, and only with your consent where required
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may stop working if you block the essential ones. Where required by law, we'll ask for your consent first.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and tax records: 7 years, as required for accounting
- Email list: until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression record so we don't email you again
- Analytics: 14 months
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct it if it's wrong
- Delete it
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive it in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis
- Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We don't sell personal information.

8. International transfers
We're based in the United States, and our service providers may store data there. Where we transfer personal data out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and time-limited download links. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top.
