Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you bought. Here's how refunds work for GOD DID LLC.
Digital edition (PDF)
Because a digital download can't be returned once it's been accessed, digital purchases are generally non-refundable after download.
That said, we're not trying to keep money for something that didn't work. We'll refund you, or fix the problem, if:
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open
- You were charged twice for the same order
- You bought the digital edition by mistake and haven't downloaded it — contact us and we'll refund it
- The product is materially different from how it was described on the Site
How to ask: email hello@allignmentassignments.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Printed edition
The printed workbook is sold and shipped by Amazon, so its returns are handled under Amazon's returns policy, not ours. If your copy arrives damaged or misprinted, start the return through your Amazon account.
If you bought the bundle and want to return the printed copy, return it through Amazon. The digital portion is governed by the section above.

Chargebacks
If something's wrong, please contact us first. A chargeback takes weeks and costs us a fee, and we'd almost always rather just sort it out. We do reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are fraudulent.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction. If you're in the EU or UK, for example, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content — except where you've expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose that right. Our checkout will ask for that acknowledgement.
