The premise

Feeling good is not a reward you earn at the end. It’s the fuel that gets you there.

Most workbooks ask you to think. This one asks you to feel. Every assignment is built to change how you feel, not just what you know. None of them require you to be disciplined, or positive, or in the mood. They require a pen, an honest page, and the willingness to feel something on purpose.

Questions

Things people ask

Is this a physical book or a digital download?
Both. The digital edition is an instant PDF download you can print at home or fill in on a tablet. The printed edition is an 8.5 × 11 paperback and ships from Amazon. You can buy them separately or as a bundle.
How long does each assignment take?
Between five and twenty-five minutes. Some are a single page of writing. Some are a practice you carry through a day. Five minutes counts as a complete assignment — that's not a consolation prize, it's the actual design.
Do I need to do them in order?
No. But if you're new, do them in order for the first unit. It builds. After that, the book has a “choose your path” page — if you're feeling good and ambitious, go to Unit 1. If you want to feel connected to God right now, go to Unit 3. If you're struggling, go straight to the Emergency Alignment Kit.
I'm not consistent. Will I actually finish this?
You're not supposed to be consistent. The book says so on page three: you will miss days, and you will do an assignment in a bad mood and feel nothing. That isn't failing — it's the curriculum. There's an entire unit (Unit 5 — The Reset) built for the days you fall off, including a 3-day comeback plan.
What if I don't feel anything when I do it?
Then you did it correctly. The book's rule is feeling first, and if you only have two minutes, spend them feeling something good on purpose. Feeling nothing on a given day is data, not failure. The Alignment Check at the bottom of each assignment is where you write down what you noticed.
Do I need to believe in God to use this?
No. Unit 3 is called Gratitude & Grace and it's the most explicitly spiritual part of the book, but the assignment itself says: “If you feel silly writing to God, then write to the highest version of yourself, or to the love that made you. The name on the envelope doesn't matter nearly as much as the honesty inside it.”

All the questions

“You are not trying to change your life from the outside in. You’re becoming someone new from the inside out — and the life follows.”
