About

Why this workbook exists

I had read the books. I’d listened to the podcasts, taken the notes, and highlighted the sentences that made my chest open up. And by Thursday I was flat again, stuck in the same loop, wondering why knowing so much changed so little.

What finally worked wasn’t more information. It was a pen, a page, and a few minutes spent feeling something good on purpose. Not thinking about feeling good. Actually doing it, in writing, until the feeling showed up. That turned out to be the whole method.

So I built the thing I wished I’d had: a curriculum. Twenty-four specific assignments with a clear instruction and a check at the bottom, so you never open it and wonder what to do. Five units that take you from getting clear on what you’re building, to generating the feeling before the evidence, to gratitude and grace, to the body, and finally to the reset for the days you fall off. Because you will fall off. The book says so on page three.

What it’s built on

The ideas inside aren’t mine alone. They come from a long tradition of people who noticed that feeling good is not a reward you earn at the end, but the fuel that gets you there. That the body is always listening. That a new life asks for a new you first, and the reality follows. The workbook credits those influences inside, on the page where they belong.

This is an independent workbook. It isn’t affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any teacher or organisation.

What it isn’t

It isn’t therapy, and it isn’t a substitute for care from a licensed professional. It’s a personal practice tool. If you’re in crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or a crisis line in your country.

Everything else you’ll want to know is on the workbook page. If you’d rather feel it than read about it, the first unit is free.

The brand in words

Warm. Calm. A little bit funny.

Encouraging. Beautiful. Gentle but not soft. Practical. Unpretentious. Never hypey, never preachy, never clinical.
